Commenting about why these
students got selected from among hundreds of other
aspirants, the HR Manager at the hospital said,
“During interview we found that their study
at Wockhardt Institute of Nursing has helped them
to develop a clear understanding of what nursing
is all about and imbibed in them a positive attitude
towards this noble profession. Secondly, they
have taken full advantage of the clinical practices
made available at our hospitals. They have familiarized
themselves with the system and procedure of work
at Wockhardt hospital and that makes it so much
easier for us to quickly integrate them to our
work culture.” Every month this reputed
hospital in Bangalore interviews and selects a
number of candidates for various staff positions.
The manager went on to add, “The Institute
and its teaching staff deserve to be congratulated
for bringing this transformation in students.
…….in future we do not mind sourcing
all our nursing staff requirements from this Institute.”
Wockhardt Institute of Nursing
is a premier Institute in Bangalore offering B.Sc(nursing)
and GNM courses to interested students. By providing
quality teaching, experienced staff and appropriate
infrastructure the Institute in a short period
of time has created a name for itself in the field
nursing education. Many people have a belief that
GNM course does not have any future. These five
students from Wockhardt Institute of Nursing have
proved it wrong. One of them said, “if you
are working hard and follow the advice of your
teachers you are sure to succeed in this profession.
Here teachers are your best source of guidance.”
The principal of the college,
while congratulating these students for fruitful
employment with Wockhardt Hospitals, said, “The
ecosystem we developed for study at our Institute
has shown its positive impact. Students have realized
what difference true commitment, hard work and
mentoring from teaching staff can make to their
life.”
